I had called several other tree services with limited to no response. Ben was prompt to respond and scheduled a trip to come and see the trees on my property the same week. He came and checked the health of my trees and walked me through each of the trees and what was needed to be done.  I appreciated the knowledge he shared and was grateful that he was not a pushy salesman. The quote I was provided was very reasonable so I hired them to do the services. Once I hired their services, a crew of 4 friendly people showed up and did an excellent job of pruning and cabling. They did the job quickly, safely and efficiently.  I was especially impressed with all the safety protocols they followed - both for climbing up the trees and also how they brought down the branches without causing any damage to the property. They did a great job and cleaned up very well after the tree was taken down. They even dropped the wood at my neighbors house since they have a fireplace & I don't.
